California Route Sales, Inc. builds lawn routes and sells them to gardeners in all of the cities in Southern California. We have been in business since 1984. We provide financing and free training. Housekeeping and Pool routes are also available from our sister company, Pacific Route Sales, Inc.

Lawn Route

A lawn route is a small business owned by a gardener. The gardener provides landscape maintenance service to his/her customers on a regularly scheduled basis.

Landscape Maintenance

 

Landscape maintenance is the term used for the upkeep of a customer's yard. This generally involves mowing the lawn, and can include weeding flower beds and/or trimming the shrubbery on a regular basis. It can include such services as fertilizing, planting and sprinkler repair.

Housekeeping Route

A housekeeping route is a small business owned by a housekeeper. The housekeeper provides housekeeping service to his/her customers on a regularly scheduled basis.

Housekeeping is the term used for the cleaning of houses. This generally involves vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and can include almost any light housekeeping duty on a regular basis. It can include such services making the beds, folding linen, etc.

Pool Route

A pool route is a small business owned by a pool man (woman). The pool man provides pool maintenance service to his/her customers' swimming pools on a regularly scheduled basis.

Pool maintenance is the term used for the upkeep of a customer's swimming pool. This generally involves skimming and vacuuming the pool and checking chemicals on a regular basis. It can include such services as wall, lights and pump repair.
